Terms of service

The service

Eventlifly is software for venues to capture event enquiries, send proposals, take signatures and payments, and manage events. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

Your account

Keep your login details safe and make sure the people you invite to your workspace use Eventlifly responsibly. You're responsible for activity in your workspace.

You must provide accurate business information and only contact guests who have reached out to you or agreed to hear from you.

Plans, fees and payments

Some features are available on paid plans or as add-ons, as described on our pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your settings.

If you accept card payments from guests through Eventlifly, payments are processed by Stripe under their terms, and any Eventlifly platform fee shown on our pricing page is deducted from each payment.

Your content and data

Your data stays yours. You grant us permission to store and process it only to provide and improve the service. You're responsible for having the right to the content you upload, including photos and logos.

Bookings between venues and guests

Proposals, contracts and bookings made through Eventlifly are agreements between the venue and the guest. Eventlifly isn't a party to them and isn't responsible for the events themselves.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service — for example by sending spam, attempting to break security, or using Eventlifly for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

We work hard to keep Eventlifly available and secure, but the service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are significant we'll tell you in advance in the app.
